HOME TOUR | Total beige interior in Sweden

I found quite difficult, in the latest times, to discover one Scandinavian home tour that inspired me for its originality, as much as it was worth sharing it with you.

Instead this house actually made me want to paint my house again, in total beige, because here the combination of beige and white is really inspiring. The paint for the walls is perfect in the match with the wooden floor and this creates a very interesting monochromatic effect, making the space much bigger and brighter. Decorating with neutrals in my opinion is not as simple as it looks, yet this beige interior is a great sample of how to decorate with beige in a cool and original way.

The Scandinavians are then so good in interior styling (in this case, the work is by Emma Fisher) that even using two daybeds instead if the sofa becomes fascinating. I probably would have hidden them in some remote corner of the house, and I bet you too;)

Era da un po’ che non trovavo un home tour Scandinavo che mi ispirasse particolarmente da volerlo condividere per la sua originalità.

Devo dire invece che questa casa mi ha fatto venire voglia di dipingere la mia casa completamente in beige, da quanto ben riuscito è l’abbinamento tra beige e bianco in questo caso. La scelta della tonalità per le pareti è particolarmente azzeccata soprattutto con il pavimento in legno, creando un effetto monocromatico davvero interessante, che amplifica notevolmente lo spazio. Secondo me, decorare con solo colori neutri è meno semplice di quello che può sembrare perché nella realtà l’effetto può facilmente risultare spento e anonimo: questo interno in total beige invece è un ottimo esempio di come utilizzare le tinte neutre con un risultato di grande impatto visivo.

Che poi, gli Scandinavi sono poi talmente bravi nello styling di interni ( in questo caso, opera di Emma Fisher) che rendono affascinante anche l’utilizzo di due divani letto al posto del divano. Io probabilmente li avrei nascosti in qualche angolo remoto della casa, e scommetto anche voi 😉
