Niente sembra più lontano dal minimalismo Scandinavo degli interni in stile bohemien, vero? Eppure lo stile più di tendenza del momento è proprio un mix tra i due.
Si chiama stile Scandi-Boho e io semplicemente lo adoro. Perché é la combinazione perfetta tra la pulizia formale e la cura del dettaglio tipiche della tradizione Scandinava e il tocco artistico e vissuto del mood bohemien.
E a ben pensarci in realtà questi due stili hanno varie cose in comune: molto verde indoor, materiali naturali, tappeti dal gusto eclettico, e sono proprio questi elementi in comune ai due stili che creano il match perfetto, appunto il cosiddetto scandi-boho. Perfetto per chi ama il minimalismo nordico, il total white, ma allo stesso tempo teme un effetto troppo freddo, e vuole rendere l’ambiente accogliente con un tocco vissuto e originale.

How to get the perfect Scandi-Boho style

Start with a white background and then work on in with different layers. White walls of Scandinavian mood is the starting point also of Scandi-Boho style, that actually is a much cozier and less minimal version of the Scandi one
Si parte con una palette di fondo bianca, per poi lavorare su differenti layer e colori con arredo ed accessori. Le pareti total white dello stile Scandinavo sono il punto di partenza anche dello stile Scandi-Boho, che altro non è che una versione più accogliente e molto meno minimale del classico stile nordico

With a white background you can now start to layer with different colours and materials. First start with natural colours and materials, for example raw wood and rattan, for the furniture. Than add some texture and colours with the textile, but be sure to choose shades in a coherent colour palette: you can also opt for a monochrome palette, matching different patterns in a palette around greys or neutrals
Con una base bianca si può quindi giocare con diversi layer di colori e materiali. Cominciando con tinte neutre e materiali naturali per gli arredi, come ad esempio legno e rattan, per aggiungere poi texture e colore con i tessili, sempre però con una palette di tonalità coerenti tra loro: si può optare anche per una soluzione monocromatica, giocando quindi con differenti pattern e texture nei toni neutri o del bianco, nero e grigio

The key to every bohemian home is the mix&match of unique finds, vintage and ethnic objects, rare collectibles, rich fabrics, moroccan rugs. But the Scandinavian touch is clear in the different way objects are placed: they are not just simply piled together randomly, but their placement is carefully considered and often coordinated on a same palette or theme
La caratteristica degli interni bohemien è il mix&match di oggetti unici, vintage, etnici, rarità, tessuti dalle texture ricche, tappeti. Ma quello che aggiunge il tocco Scandinavo è proprio come essi vengono disposti nello spazio: non in modo random, ma con molta cura e spesso coordinati in base a una palette di colore coerente

Finally add plants. Green is never enough so don’t be afraid to hazard some big leaves plants for indoor, even with banana leaf and palms. Finally add some cactus and succulents! Have fun in mixing different pots, in ceramics, terracotta, or even in wicker and bamboo: remember that sbaskets can be used as plants holders!
E alla fine, aggiungete il verde. Le piante non sono mai troppe e quindi non abbiate paura di osare con qualche bella pianta a foglia grande, e magari proprio qualche foglia di banano e palma. Infine, con piante grasse e cactus! Divertitevi poi a mixare vasi diversi, in ceramica, terracotta, ma anche in paglia: anche le ceste sono perfette come portavaso!
