You must have already noticed how pink interiors have dramatically grown in popularity lately.
Pink is now a key color trend in interiors, design and homeware. Indeed, we already noticed this at the beginning of the year, during the Maison et Objet fair of January 2017.
The evolution of Pink Interior Trend
It is interesting to see how Pink popularity in interior and design started two years ago with Pantone 2016. Rose Quartz 2016 color of the Year was a sugary pastel shade, that lately transformed into the Millennial Pink: a more vivid blush shade representing the strenght and modernity of a whole generation. Dulux announced Heart Wood as their colour of the year for 2018: that’s to say, an easier pink more similar to a neutral color, easier to be incorporated into homes.

L’avrete notato di sicuro quanto il rosa sia decisamente diventato uno dei colori di tendenza per l’interior e il design.
Lo avevamo detto già all’inizio dell’anno, durante l’edizione di Maison et Objet di Gennaio 2017, e così è stato.
La trasformazione del Rosa negli Interni
E’ interessante notare come la popolarità del Rosa sia cominciata due anni fa, quando Pantone ha dichiarato la strana coppia rose quartz+serenity come colore del 2016. Si trattava di una tonalità chiara e pastello di rosa, che si è poi evoluta in un rosa più deciso. Una tonalità talmente popolare e nuovo da essere chiamato Millennial Pink, il colore che rappresenta la forza e la modernità di un’intera generazione. Dulux ha annunciato una nuova tonalità di rosa, l’ Heart Wood, come colore per il 2018: un rosa più caldo e neutro, nonché più semplice da incorporate negli interni.
Di qualunque tonalità si tratti, certo è che il Rosa è il colore del momento. Vi lascio con 7 interni in cui il rosa fa la differenza ^_^
