I recently discovered this cool bistrot design in Prague – Phill’s Twenty7, this time just virtually. I’ve never been to Prague indeed and it’s on the top of my European list, everybody told it is an amazing city, do you ever been there?

I’m showing you this smart and bright interior with industrial twist designed by design duo Jan Plecháč and Henry Wielgus: those exposed white bricks and that neon accent reminded me also about another project by this studio, remember this beautiful loft in Barcelona here?

Their design works include many other interesting collaborations with lighting brands such as Lasvit and with Scandinavian brands as Menu, with their Stick modular shelving system.

Some of their design works are included in this bistrot interior design: see for example this corner with the round table with a cluster of Neverending Glory pendant lamps in white and glass, aren’t they beautiful?

Love the flooring finish, with this pattern in small gray and white squares. We can’t say it is a colourful interior, with black and white walls and neutral furniture, but I think that this monochromatic palette makes the interior design even more interesting in this case.

Ho scoperto da poco questo bistrot di design a Praga di nome Phill’s Twenty7, stavolta si tratta di una scoperta virtuale, visto che a Praga non ci sono ancora mai stata. Ma è in cima alla lista delle città europee da visitare, tutti mi dicono che è fantastica, confermate?

L’interno è semplice ma grintoso, monocromatico con alcuni tocchi in stile industriale, ed è un progetto del duo Jan Plecháč and Henry Wielgus : quelle pareti in mattoni facciavista dipinti di bianco non mi suonavano nuove, e infatti mi sono poi resa conto che vi avevo già parlato di questo studio di design in occasione di un home tour in un loft di Barcellona qui.

Tra i loro progetti ci sono anche prodotti molto interessanti di design, tra cui collaborazioni con brand di illuminazione come Lasvit o marchi Scandinavi come Menu, per cui hanno progettato il sistema modulare Stick.

Alcune delle loro creazioni le trovate anche in questo bistrot: come ad esempio le Neverending Glory raggruppate sopra al tavolo tondo, in versione bianca e trasparente, quanto belle sono?

Interessante anche la scelta della finitura per il pavimento, a piccole tessere in bianco e grigio: non si tratta certo di un interno colorato, tra pareti bianche e nere ed arredi a tinte neutre, ma forse proprio la scelta di una palette così neutra rende ancora più interessante tutto lo spazio. Che ne dite?
