Blue is the new black. And the white.
Blue is just everywhere at present in interiors: blue design pieces, blue interiors, blue paint, blue textiles. Probably you noticed this already…if not, maybe after this post you will start seeing blue everywhere as well!
I love what I see around in the shades of blue and since there are really plenty of beautiful inspirations I decided to put together a selection for you today on the blog. Plus some advices. Indeed…it’ easy to say blue, but which shade of blue? That’s the point. It’s very important to choose the right blue hue, to avoid mistakes: as I already told you here, going for coloured walls at home it’s not as easy as it seems, and it’s always better to ask for an architect or interior decorator advice while choosing the right colour.

The newest and trendy blue hues at present?
On one side, there are those blues which are desaturated with a hint of gray, I feel they are like a darker and less sugary version of Serenity Pantone 2016. On the other side, very dark blues, in line with that moody trend I mentioned here among the hottest autumn winter 2016/2017 trends. And probably will going to last!
