I discovered this beautiful beach home in Australia by reading The Design Files, one of my favourite blogs about Australian interiors and design.
The building was designed by Melbourne based Zen Architects with sustainable and recycled materials.
Arabella (from Dougal eshop) and Chris, the owners, put their unique style in the interior, adding a serene and rustic touch. Timber floorings, white and light blue, plus a rattan warm touch with a cluster of PET pendant lamps. The azure kitchen is absolutely beautiful, my eyes also felt on the white vintage stove that is one of my favourite details of this interior.

Ho scoperto questa bellissima casa sulla spiaggia in Australia leggendo The Design Files, un blog Australiano di interior e design che -se ancora non lo conoscete – vi consiglio di aggiungere tra i preferiti.
L’edificio è nuovo ed è stato progettato dallo studio di Melbourne Zen Architects interamente con materiali sostenibili e riciclati.
I proprietari – Arabella (dello shop Dougal) e Chris – hanno poi arricchito lo spazio arredando gli interni in uno stile molto personale, dal mood rustico e luminoso, perfetto per una casa al mare. Pavimento in legno, bianco, azzurro e qualche altro accento di colore, assieme ad accessori in materiali naturali e riciclati come ad esempio le lampade di design sostenibile PET . La cucina azzurra a mio avviso è splendida, e il mio sguardo è caduto sulla cucina bianca vintage inserita tra le ante in tinte pastello.
