It’s been a while since my latest post for I’d like to live here coloumn, that’s to say since my latest home tour. Actually it was this cool copenhagen home interior at the end of May!

The fact is that I do not love to repost images as seen in other blogs many times, even if many times I love them.  But with this Paris flat makeover I do make an exception, and it conquered my heart with this cover dining room photo!

I simply love this match between design icons and an original statement chandelier: a Tulip Saarinen table, in marble finish, and some Cherner chairs in wood combined with that amazing chandelier in fluo accents. If somebody knows the supplier for this, please tell me!!

Virtually moving in the other rooms of the flat, my eyes keep feeling so happy: the big salon has a huge sitting corner combining neutrals and leather, and a cozy reading corner as seen here yesterday with that Egg chair by Fritz Hansen in light grey and a cork stool by Vitra (cork interior trend: here for other suggestions!).

Everything is perfectly balanced in an Haussmannian interior which has been conserved in all its beautiful features: the ceiling moldings, the herringbone wooden floor (herringbone geometry is so imitated now and very trendy, here it’s original ♥), the fireplace plus that mirror.  Such a Parisian mood here !! (really, I never posted a Parisian interior before??)

Kitchen and bedroom are very minimal and neutral in their style. White, glass and wood, a nice choice in such an amazing interior architecture. maybe I’ve thought of something different just for the bedroom, what do you think?

I forgot to say, the project is by Desiron Lizen studio, a Belgium based architectural practice. Compliments!!

If you like the details of this interior, I suggest you to have a peek to this post about statement chandeliers and to this white Scandinavian interior with coloured details . For some Paris travel pictures you can have a look here, I did as well and I realized it’s been too long since my latest travel in Paris (and sooo long since my erasmus there!!)
