Guest post: wallpaper trends from latest Maison &Object Paris fair

This January I didn’t have the chance to visit the well known Paris fair Maison&Object, so I’ve never reported about it in Italian Bark blog; but today I’m very happy to host a selection of beautiful wallpapers chosen by Arianna Gennaro, an Italian interior stylist and design blogger,
who kindly sent me her images!

Here her highlights…

The main trend about wallpapers, as seen in Maison&Object 2014, are imitational wallpapers,
that’s to say those ones which propose graphics on paper that reflect a specific wall material,  such as wood, marble or cement.

Images refer to:
1_ Grey anciant wood effect by Piet Hein Eek
2_ Tiles effect by Piet Hein Eek
3_ Cubes of different wood by Piet Hein Eek
4_ Floor effect by Wall and Decò
5_ Concrete wallpaper by Ferm Living
6_ Marble wallapaper by Ferm Living
7_ Black&Gold Monroe by Ferm Living
8_ Graphics of different wallapaper in Ferm Living stand
