Officially I am still in vacation with the studio but actually I am also taking advantage of these quiet days to make some planning for this year on the blog. Does it happen to you as well that the best ideas come out when you are in a relaxed mood? ^_^

ITALIANBARK new online shop
I kept this secret till now because I even didn’t know if I would have been able to do this, opening a small e-shop curated by myself with the products I love. Now that the biggest part is almost ready I can disclose this: ITALIANBARK will become a blog+shop and hopefully it will be open within this month!
The second issue of N/T eBook
Yes there will be a second issue of N/T, the eBook dedicated to the top interior+design trends+news, just after the Milan Design Week 2019 that will be from 8th to 14th April. As it happened last year, I will not be alone in this project and I am working with some other trend scouting professionals that will work with me on putting together this big project. Last year results’ were great but we really need an extra hand to cover the biggest design event of the year. Look forward to introduce them to you!
ITALIANBARK new editorial calendar and new colums
I spent quite a lot of time in the last week before the break by working on the editorial calendar for the next months. There will be a new column called “Color of the month”, with a related “Shop it” section to help and inspire design professionals and design lovers. Plus, another new column (curated by myself) that will be about blogging/freelancing tips as a result from the questions I get from you in the Instagram Stories. In order to provide as much interesting and fresh contents as possible, the team is growing this year again and I will be focusing mostly in the interior trends and inspirational posts, together with all the related contents (newsletter, Instagram, trendguides, e-shop, …!)
ITALIANBARK Newsletter and Free Downloadable Guides
The newsletter is sent twice a month and it’s my favourite way for communicating with you. I am always experimenting about new formats and topics to write about; it will include for sure some dedicated contents, previews and discounts for the e-shop too! Not to mention the free downloadable trend guides, created twice-a-year in September and February.
ITALIANBARK Instagram
One of last year’s resolutions I did was to spend less time in social networks – and so I did ! This new year’s resolution is instead to focus in one main top social network, that will be the Instagram account. This doesn’t mean other social medias are closing down, but Instagram will be (as I did for the last few months) the first social network I am curating, to keep in touch with you and to share also contents which will be not on the blog. So I recommend you following the blog also on Instagram here.

ITALIANBARK Travels
2018 was an amazing year also in terms of travels. I visited Japan ( Tokyo and Kyoto), the beautiful Lanzarote and Fuerteventura islands, I have been two times in Sweden to Stockholm and Malmo, to Madrid, to Eindhoven and Amsterdam, London, Cologne, Paris, and I am sure I forgot some places. Well, I must admit that I got to the last month of the year happy but totally exhausted. Probably this year I am making some choices and prioritizing some travels to others. What’s for sure is that 2019 big travel will be in the US in August (National Parks + California) ^_^
