OVERSIZE ! INTERIOR TREND

Happy New Year! Hope you enjoyed your winter holidays! I actually did, even with a last minute change in schedule, and with a few more relaxing day left home. restarting in a slow mood now, maybe later I will go for some shopping for the winter sales?

Browsing magazines and websites, it seems that oversize is the big trend for fashion in this winter. Cozy sweaters, wide trousers, big coats. I love this comfy trend and maybe I’m going to buy one oversize sweater for this winter.

As usual, fashion and design goes together, and I’m seeing the oversize trend in interiors as well: big chandeliers, big pendants, big-scaled wall arts, oversized mirrors.

Do you like it? yes on no?

Buon inizio anno! Avete trascorso delle belle vacanze invernali? Qui l’anno è iniziato con un piccolo cambio di programmi last-minute il che mi riporta qui oggi, una giornata libera inaspettata. Magari un po’ di shopping invernale?

Dando un’occhiata a riviste e negozi, se dovessi scegliere un termine per la moda sarebbe oversize: maglioni ampi, cappotti ampi, pantaloni corti e ampi. A me questa moda comoda piace -anche se non mi slancia molto diciamolo – e magari andrò proprio a comprarmi un bel maglione oversize.

Come spesso accade, moda e design vanno a braccetto, e mi viene da dire che la tendenza oversize si è fatta spazio anche negli interni. Anzi, Io la vedo un po’ ovunque. Nelle lampade, sempre più grandi. Nelle decorazioni a parete, con stampe e specchi enormi. In un generale cambio di scala negli oggetti decorativi per la casa.
