MeetTheBlogger+Amsterdam pics

That’s my photostory of these two great days I had in Amsterdam with MeetTheBlogger conference. Well…I’ve learned I should write more about myself than as I do, but that’s not my style, so in this case I will keep doing blogging as I feel more confortable for me & I’m going to share with you my impressions by pictures as usual…(I’m a bad student!)

What else two say, we were only two Italians and I was a little bit frightened by this when I left home, but actually I’ve felt SO confortable here with all people I’ve met that my fears were really unjustified!…so many common things to share, but also different cultures and lives to talk about. That’s what I’ve appreciated first, because that’s what I think, you’ve always something to learn from each person you meet, even more if she comes from another country:)

And of course many interesting inspirations for my blog…
but these will come here in next days !

. Happy from the beginning…a great welcome in the hotel with what I love MOST (Haribo!)
. A (almost) Dutch breakfast before leaving for the conference…I’ve risked twice to get run over by silent&speedy bikes (I’m really not used to see so many!), but -lucky me- finally reached beautiful Westergasterras and got my MeetTheBlogger badge, yeh
. Inspiring quote from Tricia Guild: colour+passion
. I’ve liked so much the business card board!
Actually I’ve realized I really have to find some time to redesign mine…
. Coffee break in front of a warm fireplace…and I really needed it, here temperature is not the Italian one ;p

* Boat tour time! Thanks to MeettheBlogger team for organising this…
It was amazing to see Amsterdam from the “water” point of view…and as an architect, there are so many things I’ve appreciated of this city: the contrast between its beautiful brick old buildings & the contemporary (brick) ones, between the narrow channels and the huge harbour area…
and the colours of DesignersGuild showroom *

. It’s time for Woonbeurs trade fair…
with a short step before in Europaplein area, and a new badge from Vtwonen

. Many inspirations from the rustic-industrial style of Vtwonen barn,
from the exhibitors with many interesting visual contents, and a cute corner for making your own moodboard
(I’m always so attracted by paper, colors and glue!)
