It’s the Kickstarter website. I was writing about it also in an article some years ago, where I listed my sources for design scouting.
I love to browse on Kickstarter to find out design news, innovations, curious creations by independent designer. What I like about the platform is that you can also do a research by filtering the location, so you can discover new designs from a specific Country too.
Since this weeks we are talking a lot about Scandinavian design, I share today one of the latest products published on Kickstarter platform found by filtering my research to “Scandinavia”. If you follow the blog, you will notice that I already shared this design on IB!

Squiggle is a Scandinavian table lamp design.
Designed by Broen Design, Squiggle is a minimalist lamp design, handmade made with a unique 3D manufacturing technique. Created by bending metal tubes, the Squiggle lamp evokes organic shapes, without loosing that minimalist approach typical of Scandinavian aesthetics.
