The most instagrammable city is Singapore.
No proof of this, since I have not travelled everywhere. So I can’t say for sure what the most instagrammabile city in the world is, of course.
But I’m sure of this: Singapore is the perfect city for Instagram addicted.
Everywhere in Singapore you will stop in front of buildings that ask you to be photographed with the strangest perspectives, or the straightest ones. Singapore is perfect for instagrammers: everything is big and huge, perfect in its geometry, colored where needed and monochromatic where needed. In Singapore old and new contrast is so loud and clear that sometimes you wonder if this city was designed by a photographer. In Singapore there is a lot of green, as well as a lot of architecture: samey building as much as you need to create high-impact images, or surprising building to let you speechless.
Singaporeans love instagram.
In Singapore people live with iphone on their hands, you see them walking while talking in Snapchat. Only once back I found out that Singaporeans are the most avid social network users in the world: I realized this is true when I posted my first Singapore photo on instagram at night while suffering of jet lag, by the number of instant sharings. It was also one of the most photographed buildings there, but I didn’t know at that time.
Why a post about Singapore for instagrammers.
I’m sharing in this post the most instagrammable places in Singapore. It is a short list about Singapore places for instagrammers, because I did not find anything similar online while organizing my travel, so I hope you will enjoy it 🙂
In addition, tehre are also some beautiful Singaporean instagrammers I discovered: you should definitely take note of them. I also started to work on my Instagram in a different way after our travel: you can find my instagram here, I look forward for your opinion!
PS: feel free to add on the comments for more locations & sga instagrammers to follow!
