April is a month of big events in the design world. While from 9th to 14th April in Europe there will be the top event for furniture and interior industry, the Milan Design Week, one week after there will be the premier lifestyle event of Asia, STYLE Bangkok.

Aprile è un mese di grandi eventi nel mondo del design. Mentre dal 9 al 14 aprile in Europa ci sarà la Milano Design Week, il più grande evento per l’arredamento e l’interior, una settimana dopo in Tailandia si terrà il principale evento lifestyle dell’Asia, STYLE Bangkok.

STYLE Bangkok: three design fairs in one

With an exhibit space of more than 40,000 square meters, STYLE Bangkok combines three different trade shows: Bangkok International Fashion Fair and Bangkok International Leather Fair (BIFF & BIL); Bangkok International Gift Fair and Bangkok International Houseware Fair (BIG+BIH); and Thailand International Furniture Fair (TIFF). In fact, the concept of the show is based around the idea that different fields of design influence each other, as well as the trends of fashion, home decor, furniture, are all connected.

STYLE Bangkok: tre fiere di design in una

Con uno spazio espositivo di oltre 40.000 metri quadrati, STYLE Bangkok combina tre diverse fiere di settore: la Bangkok International Fashion Fair e la Bangkok International Leather Fair (BIFF & BIL); Bangkok International Gift Fair e Bangkok International Houseware Fair (BIG + BIH); e Thailandia International Furniture Fair (TIFF). Infatti, il concept dell’evento si basa sull’idea che i diversi campi del design si influenzano a vicenda, così come le tendenze della moda, l’arredamento, il design, sono tutte collegate tra loro.

STYLE Bangkok 2019: “Crenovative Origin”

Crenovative Origin is the theme of the fair, which matches together the words creativity, innovation and originality. The goal is to experience the diverse designs of Southeast Asia under one roof, but also to make Thailand the center of South-East in the design-sphere.

The show lasts five-days, with more than 1800 booths from 1000 brands. Over 50,000 buyers join the event, looking for the best local talents and news in the appareil, furnishings, gift design and decor items.

Crenovative Origin è il nome che riassume il concept dell’evento, che mette insieme le parole creatività, innovazione e originalità. L’obiettivo è di far convivere sotto lo stesso tetto diversi settori, ma ma anche quello di fare della Thailandia il centro del design per il sud-est asiatico.

L’evento dura cinque giorni, con più di 1800 stand, 1000 brand. La fiera viene visitata ogni anno da oltre 50.000 buyers alla ricerca di nuovi talenti e novità nella moda, nell’arredamento, nel design e negli articoli di arredamento.
