Earthy tones – Be at one with nature by incorporating more earthy tones into your bathroom. Slate tiles, natural wood and even some foliage will help you to reconnect with the caveperson in you. Just don’t go running around with an animal skin draped around you instead of a fluffy bath towel and it may be best not to re-home the budgie amidst the plant life.

Freestanding baths – A bath before bed is good for you according to new medical research but then you knew that already. A soak in cool water will help to relieve stress whereas a warm bath before bed prepares us for sleep.
