HOME TOUR | Scandi-boho apartment in Denmark

Ehi, how was your long Easter weekend? Here with two supernice days outside and today I’m publishing a little bit later than usual, actually was a morning full of emails and things to be organized for the week, quite an unusual Tuesday (looks more like a Monday, actually). I know you may be tired of hearing just about Milan Design Week so today I’m restarting the week with a brand new home tour filled with inspiring details.

We virtually fly to Denmark, in Aalborg, in this scandi-boho apartment filled with ideas.

Actually I love the whole mood of the interior, which is really welcoming thanks to eclectic and Moroccan details. This is also very inspiring for an online interior design project I’m starting at present: a reader asked me for some help in decorating her apartment, which is furnished with interesting design pieces, but need more efforts in the decor and the owner does not know from where to start. Feel that this scandi-boho home is the good inspo!

Things I love in this scandi-boho interior?

✓ the wooden flooring (looks like the perfect blend of natural and bleached wood. I’m searching for something similar for my home!)

✓ the Boucheroite colourful rug (here you can find some online shops where to purchase something similar)

✓ the small String Pocket in white styled with Moroccan vases in different dimensions (supercool)

✓ the green corner with succulents on terracotta vases

✓ the mix&match of different design chairs around the table (remember about mix&match and interior trends for 2017?)

✓ the colour palette chosen for the wall arts, with warm colours, different than usual black&white (find here more beautiful wall prints)

E allora, come avete trascorso il lungo weekend di Pasqua? Io bene, sono anche andata via un paio di giorni, e oggi pubblico più tardi del solito dopo una mattina a sistemare mail e pianificare cose (sembra più un lunedì oggi che un martedì, vero?). Io vi immagino un po’ stanchi di sentire parlare solo di Milano Design Week e quindi ho pensato di ricominciare con un bel home tour, pieno zeppo di idee.

Voliamo virtualmente in Danimarca, ad Aalborg, in un appartamento dallo stile scandi-boho.

Il mood, lo stile di questa casa, secondo me è particolarmente affascinante perché reso accogliente da dettagli in stile eclettico e Marocchino, oltre che di design propriamente Scandinavo. Quando l’ho vista ho pensato subito ad un progetto di interni online che sto seguendo in questo periodo, per una lettrice del blog che mi ha chiesto una consulenza proprio per decorare e rendere accogliente la sua casa e non sa da dove cominciare. Mi sembvra questa sia proprio una bella ispirazione e punto di partenza ^_^

I dettagli che più mi piacciono?

✓ la finitura del pavimento in legno (in pratica il mix perfetto tra essenza naturale e sbiancata. Così lo cerco per casa mia!)

✓ il tappeto colorato Boucheroite (qui trovate un po’ di indirizzi per comprarne di simili)

✓ la piccola mensola bianca String Pocket con i vasi marocchini di diverse dimensioni (supercool)

✓ il davanzale green con le succulente su vasi in terracotta

✓ il mix&match di sedie diverse di design attorno al tavolo (ricordate qui vi parlavo del concetto di about mix&match tra i trend del 2017)

✓ la palette scelta per le stampe a parete, a tonalità calde, qualcosa di nuovo rispetto al solito bianco&nero (qui trovate numerose stampe simili )
