ITALIAN INTERIORS | Wood and White in two cozy minimalist interiors

This week I’m restarting with two Italian interiors, to continue then these two weeks before the long August break with some amazing summer home tours.

So, let’s go today to Veneto near my city, in two beautiful minimalist style interiors located in two small historical cities called Castelfranco Veneto and Bassano del Grappa.

That’s to say, very close to where I live.

The designers are Didoné Comacchio Architects , two young and talented architects I met last month during Houzz Italia 2nd birthday: they were awarded with the Photo Excellence Award 2017, I was awarded with the Magazine Excellence Award 2017 [ and superproud of this ^_^ ].

A little chat, I had a look at their projects, and thought they were perfect for this Monday Made in Italy coloumn.

The interiors are both in white, neutrals and wood , with a minimalist yet cozy result. I found in these homes also that japandi mood I was talking about here on the blog: a preference towards materials more than towards colors, plus few quality elements and a less is more philosophy. A Far Eastern influence that for sure comes because of the Singaporean roots of one of the architects.

Both projects also have interesting spatial solutions to get the best from the interior layout.

Jump below and enjoy the gallery!
