HOME TOUR | Raw surfaces and light blue in a Scandinavian interior

Let’s be inspired today by a new Scandinavian home tour. This time, the apartment is located in Copenhagen and it is home to architects Justine Bell and Jonas Diernes.

This fascinating interior gets all its charme by the fact that it is not perfect. In fact, the decor features several different finishes and surfaces, kept in their raw state, to add deepness and interest to the space. Original architectural details of the apartment, like moldings and flors, have been restored and matched them with modern decor and furniture. I especially love the colour palette of the living room, a light blue paint which together with raw wood is simply perfect.

L’ispirazione oggi arriva da un nuovo home tour in terra scandinava. Questa volta, ci troviamo a Copenaghen, nel bellissimo appartamento degli architetti Justine Bell e Jonas Diernes.

Questo bellissimo interno deve tutto il suo fascino, oltre che a uno styling ineccepibile, al fatto che non è perfetto. Infatti, l’interno mixa diverse finiture e superfici, mantenute allo stato grezzo, per aggiungere profondità e interesse allo spazio. I dettagli architettonici originali dell’appartamento, come le modanature e i pavimenti, sono stati restaurati e abbinati a decorazioni e mobili moderni. Mi piace soprattutto la palette del living, in una tonalità azzurra che insieme al legno grezzo è semplicemente perfetta.
