It’s been a long time since the latest home tour here! Today let’s have a peek into a lovely house in Sweden that drew my attention for its beautiful autumn colours.
I love the choice of a very subtle olive green for the living room and how it is matched with greys, dark wood and tan leather. To make the decor more consistent, the tv cabinets were painted in the same green shade (I think it’s an Ikea Ivar hack, am I right?). I love also how the television is integrated in the gallery wall, which is a combination of black and white prints on black frames.
Before the living was painted with a green palette, as you can see from the picture below: which option do you prefer?
The kitchen and sitting area are in continuity thanks to the String shelving system which was used both behind the leather sofa and over the kitchen cabinets. It is a super flexible shelving system that may be used in several different home rooms and you can customize it in sizes and finishes. Nice idea also the backsplash with white tiles in herringbone pattern.
I’m not a fan of the bedroom and the vintage floral wallpaper, but everything else is absolutely beautiful, what do you think?

E’ passato un bel po’ dall’ultimo home tour vero? Questa casa Svedese decorata con i colori dell’autunno mi sembra un ottimo modo per ricominciare la stagione.
Infatti ha attirato subito la mia attenzione la tonalità di verde scelta per il living, e come essa è stata abbinata a tonalità di grigio, legno scuro e sedute in pelle. Per rendere il tutto visivamente più efficace è stato ridipinto anche il mobile tv, che se non sbaglio è un Ikea Ivar hackerato. La televisione è stata integrata molto bene nella parete grazie alla composizione a grappolo di stampe monocromatiche con cornici nere.
Prima il living era dipinto in verde scuro, come potete vedere in foto: quale delle due opzioni preferite?
La cucina e il salotto sono in continuità grazie all’utilizzo del sistema di scaffali String su entrambi i lati: si tratta di un sistema super flessibile, che si può utilizzare in praticamente tutte le stanze e personalizzare con tantissime combinazioni e colori.Bella anche l’idea di rivestire la parete della cucina con piastrelle bianche posate a spina di pesce.
Non mi entusiasma la camera con la carta da parati floreale, ma per il resto tutto incontra il mio gusto, e il vostro?
